* talent matchmaking: source, screen, and schedule top-quality candidates for high-volume and specialized roles.
* client collaboration: partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, culture, and goals.
* candidate champion: serve as a single point of contact, guiding candidates through screening, assessments, and onboarding.
* pipeline mastery: reactivate, engage, and redeploy talent through creative outreach strategies (text campaigns, direct outreach, etc.).
* data-driven results: maintain ats systems with precision and work to exceed kpis while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
required skills and qualifications
* language pro: advanced conversational english (you'll need it every day).
* seasoned recruiter: at least 6 months of experience recruiting in the u.s. market, specializing in high-volume hiring and mass recruitment. At least 1 year in sourcing/recruitment.
* organized & strategic: proven ability to craft and execute effective recruitment plans while managing multiple priorities.
