️ your schedule
• monday–friday: 10 am – 7 pm est (40 hours/week)
• daily goals: 15–25 calls, 5–8 qualified leads set per day
pay & perks
• hourly rate: $8–$10 usd/hr (based on experience)
• commissions: 0.5% of gross profit on every deal you help close (average bonus: $200/deal!)
• monthly bonus potential: $300–$500+ (based on deals closed)

the assessment includes a basic working-with-data questionnaire, personality test, english test, and a few short answer questions based on your previous experience in real estate/ phone sales. Don't worry—it's nothing too intense and should only take about an hour of your time.
a quick note for taking the assessment: if you're using two monitors, please disconnect the extra one and use a single monitor. Also, please use a desktop or laptop device (no mobile devices or tablets) and enable your webcam. Don't worry if you encounter a question that seems tricky or you're unsure about—it's completely okay to take your best guess.
