Responsibilities
* sell to new and existing customers, focusing on net new potential, within a defined geographic territory.
* find and vet new business opportunities, develop value propositions, customize pricing, and close business by positioning solutions to meet customers’ needs.
* target new business opportunities by identifying potential customers, conducting background research, discussing supply chains with decision makers, analyzing needs, and developing and implementing value propositions and customized pricing.
* maintain regular communication with managers, sales representatives, and peers regarding joint sales call opportunities and lead generation to support new/incremental revenue.
* navigate internal, cross‑functional processes to coordinate and collaborate on support and solutions with internal teams, providing a seamless and outstanding customer experience and closing incremental business.
* produce and present competitive and market‑based pricing, and customized strategic pricing to customers using mid‑to‑senior level negotiation skills.
* collaborate with sales peers, marketing, finance, operations, and other areas to identify issues and develop/implement solutions to support retention and growth of revenue.
* perform other duties as assigned.
