TT Electronics Industrial Sensing and Control division is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and manage plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, safety and other production-related activities.

He is responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. Ensure staff results by meeting job expectations; planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results; training, advising, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely production of goods.
Monitor production schedules and adjust them as needed to meet customer demand.
Communicate with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and implement necessary corrective actions.
Ensure that equipment and machinery are maintained and functioning properly to prevent downtime and production delays.
Supervise inventory levels by reviewing old orders and initiating the necessary supplies and materials for production.
Collaborate with management to set production goals and establish targets for the production team.
Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for production processes.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Maintain a safe, clean working environment by educating and guiding staff on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Conduct 5S audits.
Generate Hazard reports.
LPA audits.
Lead Tier 2 accountability meetings.
Review and follow up on old orders.
Project hours and dollars to stock.
**Core Requirements**
Experience to control our production operations.
Ensure that manufacturing follows a smooth and efficient process by supervising employees and organizing workflows.
Ability to understand complex operations.
Ensure that production processes deliver the highest quality products in a cost-effective manner.
**Desireable Skills and Experience**
3+ years of experience in a production supervisor role.
Previous experience in supervising or managing production.
Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
Strong leadership and staff management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
