under limited supervision, maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices.
receive, process, and reconcile statements.
prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for managers.
generate and review monthly reports.
ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.
under general supervision, work collaboratively with others in the organization to provide detailed reports that include projections for profits and losses.
present financial reports and estimates to decision makers within the organization.
utilize math skills to analyze key financial data.
provide solutions to accounting issues as they arise.
investigate and provide feedback on accounting irregularities.
record accounting entries for various expenses categories, process entries in protean (mx system) and manage accounting of reimbursement, travel & representation, and payroll expenses.what we're looking foreducation: bachelor's degree in accounting or finance requiredexperience: 2+ years of experience in accounting or similar positionsap experience is a plusmexico fiscal (income tax, vat, cff) experiencebilingual (spanish and english at least 50%)basic knowledge of mexico legislationmicrosoft excel (intermediate), able to work pivot tablesable to work with erp systemsknowledge of general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payableknowledge of parent and subsidiary accountinghow you will thrive and create an impactresponsible for tracking and journaling holding company activity in apm general ledger.register and maintain accounting entries records on the company system (reimbursements & travel expenses; vendor and payroll payments).
