flowserve isseekinga detail-oriented and highly organized admin professional to support inventory and order operations in a remote environment.this roleis responsible forinventory order entry,processing, cyclecountingentryand reconciliation, andmaintainingaccuratestock records within inventory systems.the position includes coordinating new orders,managing lead times based on capacity, monitoring purchase order due dates, and ensuringtimelycommunication of order status updates. The individual will also support inventory reporting and research, helping to resolve discrepancies andmaintainon-time delivery performance.the ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to work independently while effectively managing a high-volume workload. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills areessential, along withproficiencyin microsoft excel and experience with sap.excellentcommunication skills arerequiredto collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

materials management:
1. perform inventory order entry, processing, and handling to support daily operations.
2. complete cyclecountentry and reconciliation,maintainsaccuratestock locations, andensuresall related data is updated insystem.
3. process new orders and manage lead times based on capacity to supporton time customer delivery.
4. create purchaserequisitions for inventory transfers and outside services.
5. monitor purchase order due dates and proactivelyexpeditedeliveries as needed.
6. communicate order status updatesin a timely mannerandtroubleshootingissues tomaintaindelivery performance.
7. generate and analyze inventory reports to support operations and conduct inventory research.
requirements:
8. english fluency is a must
9. experience with microsoft office (outlook, word, excel, teams, sharepoint)
10. ability to deal with complex contexts, efficiently planning material availability and capacities
11. experience in industrial engineering
12. strong organizational skills
13. adaptable and flexible
14. demonstrates ownership
15. bs or ba degree in relevant field and 3-4 years relevant experience
preffered:
16. experience with sap preferred.
17. advanced microsoft excel skills preferred.
