you will drive growth and market presence in reinsurance, contributing strategic vision, relationship-building skills and business development experience, collaborating with the management team to achieve objectives.
what you'll be doing
* what you will do: provide market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and competition to develop new b2b business opportunities in the reinsurance, insurance and financial markets.
* lead and execute effective negotiation strategies to close key deals and renew existing contracts.
* collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, actuarial, claims) to meet customer needs and improve products.
* build and maintain strong long-term relationships with strategic partners.
* build and maintain strong long-term relationships with strategic partners.
* drive the growth of existing partnerships and, therefore, the market share of axa partners clp in mexico.
* lead the development of proposals and presentations to attract new customers.
* monitor and analyse business development performance metrics, generating reports for senior management.
* negotiate terms and conditions with customers to achieve agreements that are beneficial and aligned with business objectives.
what you'll bring
* professional in business, finance, economics or a related field.
* more than 5 years of commercial experience as a sales manager or in a similar commercial role, preferably in the reinsurance/insurance or financial services sector.
* advanced level of english and spanish (to be validated during the selection process).
* experience in proactive business development, complex negotiation processes and effective deal closing.
* results-oriented: execution and monitoring of the allocated budget.
* excellent communication and leadership skills, with an analytical mindset.
* ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective strategies.
