the
consumer marketing specialist
is responsible for preparing new product introduction, driving marketing communication and ensuring business performance in mexico and north latam's sales ambition to grow.
your role:
responsible for delivering the marketing strategy, deploying activities, and guaranteeing growth business results within marketplaces and key clients in mexico and north latam countries.
you will partner with marketing, media, and commercial teams, in order to drive business growth via activities and campaigns, based on global roadmap and local market requirements.
analyzes the consumer experience journey across categories to identify key triggers and barriers, helping to inform the marketing objectives and required behavior shifts to meet business goals.
participates in the development of shopper marketing plans with relevant teams, ensuring the successful launch of new propositions that are in line with consumer expectations and market conditions.
you're the right fit if:
you've acquired +6 years of experience in marketing in b2c companies.
your skills include market intelligence, product portfolio and marketing content creation.
you have a degree in marketing, communications, or business.
you're a resourceful person, eager to find alternatives in a innovative way.
you have agility to execute in a fast-paced environment
