We are seeking a legal compliance analyst to ensure the effective planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our compliance management system. This role plays a key part in ensuring legal and regulatory alignment across all business units and departments.key responsibilitiesmanage and improve the organization’s compliance management systemmaintain the legal compliance matrix, identifying applicable requirements by departmentdesign and deliver training plans covering compliance manuals, policies, and proceduresanalyze system performance indicators and compliance progress across departmentsprepare reports and follow up on action plans from audits and management reviewsmonitor internal activities for compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policiesdrive corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with department managersconduct site inspections and support enforcement of legal requirements and standardsminimum requirementseducation: bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related fieldexperience:proven experience managing compliance or regulatory systemspreferably with exposure to industrial operations (logistics, ehs, maintenance, etc.) and corporate functions (finance, hr, commercial)technical knowledge:regulatory processes related to sct, stps, asea, cre, semarnat, etc.office software proficiencykey skills:strong organizational and communication abilitiesteamwork, proactivity, negotiation, and willingness to travelcompetencies:results-driven, innovative mindset, continuous learner, and entrepreneurial attitude
