We are seeking a Finance Business Partner Senior Manager to join to Simplot Mexico.
The adecuado candidate will be a strategic financial leader with a proven Din the Consumer Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Lead a team of financial analysts, setting clear objectives and ensuring delivery of high-quality results.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing strategic insights to senior management.
- Financial Planning: Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with business objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide financial support and ensure alignment of financial and operational goals.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting and financial regulations (US-GAAP).
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a similar financial role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, EXCEL, and Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
