hasbara fellowships, a leading organization in pro-israel campus activism, is seeking a high-performing sales manager to lead, train, and drive our recruitment team to achieve ambitious student enrollment goals each semester.
key responsibilities
* lead and manage the recruitment team (currently four regional managers), ensuring each team member meets or exceeds their targets.
* establish aggressive sales goals for each cycle and develop creative incentive structures to motivate performance.
* coach and transfer knowledge to the team. Equipping recruiters with tools, strategies, scripts, and guidance to maximize effectiveness.
* sell by example : engage directly in sales, manage your own prospects, and allow shadowing while actively converting leads to meet overall goals.
* prospect & generate leads : identify new potential student leaders, strengthen partnerships, and develop prospect pipelines aligned with our mission.
* own the crm : utilize and optimize hubspot (or other platforms) to manage the recruitment pipeline and track kpis across the team.
* collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and fundraising teams to align messaging, campaigns, and strategic outreach.
* drive the prospect mapping project : lead and refine our current prospecting strategy, contributing to measurable growth in qualified leads.
required qualifications
* minimum 5 years’ experience in sales team management with demonstrated success meeting and exceeding goals.
* proven management experience leading sales or recruitment teams to deliver strong, consistent performance.
* strong working knowledge of crm systems (preferably hubspot) and pipeline tracking tools.
* natural sales mindset with the ability to inspire action, close deals, and teach others to do the same.
* highly organized, self-motivated, adaptable, and driven by performance-based results.
* english language fluency
preferred qualifications
* experience in jewish or israel-related organizations and a strong understanding of the pro-israel campus space is a plus
* spanish & hebrew language skills are a plus
* availability to travel around us and to israel several times per year
