* implement and run bnb greenfield storage integrations: permissions, cross-chain flows, and app-level patterns.
* manage chain upgrades, hotfixes, and param changes via governance, migrations, and multi-env execution.

requirements
* expert golang in cosmos/tendermint; mastery of state machines and consensus.
* deep evmos evm proficiency: precompiles, opcodes/gas, json-rpc, cross-compat.
* hands-on with greenfield sdks/apis, acls, and chain/contract integration patterns.
* strong in docker/k8s, ci/cd, iac for chain infra; plus node ops (pruning, sync, rpc).
* rigorous testing (simulations, property-based, upgrade rehearsals) and observability (prom/grafana, traces, playbooks).
