we are seeking a skilled business development specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, qualifying prospects, and managing customer relationships through effective communication and sales strategies.
* key responsibilities:
* lead generation: proactively source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails
* prospect qualification: evaluate inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with company products and services
* sales presentations: deliver part sales demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs and decision-makers
* relationship management: develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to build loyalty and encourage repeat business
* sales closure: work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively handling objections and closing opportunities
* crm management: accurate information within systems to track performance metrics
required qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
* 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or customer-facing sales support roles
* familiarity with industrial equipment, manufacturing, or technical product sales is a plus
