- bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in hardware development, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
- 5+ years of management experience of development teams (over 10 hcs)
- strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance methodologies.
- familiarity with component specifications, cost management, and regulatory requirements.
