*what you will be doing*:
- managing a team of 8 people in targeted advertising. Hiring, onboarding, and training new and current team members.
- setting up, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns on facebook, tiktok, and google. This will involve both managerial and hands-on work.
- working with web analytics: setting up and tracking conversions, working with end-to-end analytics.
- scaling advertising campaigns to improve their profitability and efficiency.
- testing hypotheses, launching new advertising approaches, and implementing them quickly.
- working with various landing pages and improving them to increase conversion rates.
*what is important to us*:
- experience working with b2c products.
- managing budgets of $50-60k+/month.
- strong analytical skills and the ability to work with metrics.
- successful experience in scaling advertising campaigns and achieving profitability.
- experience in leading a team (at least 2 people).
- in-depth understanding of advertising channels such as facebook ads, tiktok ads, and google ads.
- experience working with various landing pages and understanding a/b testing.
- english proficiency at an intermediate level or higher.
