job description:
coach and animate the sites logistics engineering network:

o ensure that the site logistics engineering teams have the right professional competencies on logistics standards and tools through regular assessments;
o detecting abnormalities and gaps versus the defined standards, contribute to set-up action plans, including those arising from repetitive / critical open incidents;
o standardize job routines to perform tasks in an efficient and robust way;
o drive the logistics performance through dedicated kpis (logistics dashboard/p&l)
o execute the group logistics standards, working methods, methodologies and digital solutions with site logistics engineering team:
o implement measured works standards in logistics to improving the direct labor efficiency (logistics dle);
o promote standardization of packaging & labeling following the logistics requirements;
o implement the physical flows solutions (receiving automation, agvs, conveyors, …)
o promote the efficient and accurate usage of the digital solutions and standards, such as wms - warehouse management system, supplier asn, ...
o contribute to innovative solutions such as logistics flow simulation, or digital layout solutions;
o ensure inventory accuracy, through robust process implementation, including cycle counting organization;
o perform the antolin industrial system roadmaps and working methods assessment, including team on job training related to physical flows and logistics engineering.
perform the training programs on logistics engineering network (logistics engineering team, logistics flow analyst,..):

o standards and tools, such as vsa, kanban loops calculation, flat storage design, line feeding design.
o sc & logistics fundamentals - physical flows & logistics engineering.
support the sites in value stream map usage with main focus on logistics shop floor design and physical flows improvement:

o execute continuous improvement actions in logistics engineering activities, including automation and new plant layout design or change:
o challenge moq and production batch size reduction activities, supporting smed/flexibility workshops for inventories optimization ensure the reporting activities (site, region, group level)
o support the local team in logistics improvement workshops
o perform internal physical material flows improvement actions in logistics & production areas based on layout master plan strategy (agv & logistics automation)
o support on design of receiving, train loops sizing, line feeding and shipping processes
detect and escalate gaps in the group safety standards application
