responsibilities
* manage calendar and schedule for the ceo, monitor emails for meeting requests, coordinate meetings with clients and the team, and manage calendar settings and availability.
* review, prioritize, and respond to emails.
* answer and return phone calls.
* organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, notifying and preparing attendees, developing agendas, setting up technology, and taking notes.
* coordinate travel arrangements.
* identify solutions proactively to resolve bottlenecks and streamline processes.
* maintain various records, documents, and systems for the team.
* other administrative tasks that help the executive perform their job.
schedule
monday to friday
* regular schedule: 08:00 to 17:00 mexico city time
* daylight saving: 07:00 to 16:00 mexico city time
this position is remote, but you’ll need to visit our offices in cdmx or gdl on the first day.

qualifications
* advanced english (strong communication skills in writing and speaking).
* 1 year of previous experience in property maintenance or similar.
* five years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar.
* human resources knowledge or experience is preferred.
* proficient at handling google suite.
* proven interpersonal skills with experience providing complex administrative support in a virtual and professional environment with tact and diplomacy.
* experience managing multiple deadlines, priorities, and schedules.
