as part of del cabo's expansion into a new, highly curated segment, we are launching bar ligaya — an elevated cocktail experience designed for the lgbtq+ community and its allies, where refined hospitality, intentional energy, and meaningful connection define every night.
we are looking for someone who naturally moves within the right circles —
someone who understands that great places are not just discovered... they are built through people, energy, and presence.
at bar ligaya, you will play a key role in bringing the right crowd into the room, while ensuring every arrival feels seamless, elevated, and intentionally curated.

- build and nurture a strong network across luxury hospitality, vip clients & tastemakers
- attract and convert the right guests through natural influence and strategic presence
- shape the energy and social dynamic of the space, night after night
- deliver a polished, memorable first impression that sets the tone for the experience

- you've been part of high-end venues, social scenes, or hospitality environments
- you're naturally well-connected, or know how to become it quickly
- you have a strong sense of taste, timing, and social awareness
- people trust your recommendations — and want to be where you are
- you understand luxury not as formality, but as attention to detail and feeling
- you move comfortably within diverse, inclusive, and elevated spaces
- fluent in english & spanish
⚙️ role structure & compensation
hybrid role combining pr, networking, and in-venue guest experience
• schedule: primarily evening/night operations, with presence on peak days (thursday–saturday)
• pr days: flexible schedule dedicated to networking, hotel visits, concierge relationships & guest acquisition
• on-site role: hosting and managing guest experience during key service hours
? Compensation:
• $19,000 mxn gross monthly salary
• $800 mxn in grocery vouchers
• performance-based commission structure
• birthday day off ?
