this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of property records for our organization's global portfolio.
* lead activities associated with the global real estate lease administration system.
* manage, update and develop a global contract property database to ensure integrated transaction management outcomes.
* drive data management activities with global real estate to address existing information gaps and achieve accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
* assist in the global transaction closure process linking to final records for respective properties.
* provide process governance to the global lease administration process for efficient execution and process adherence.
* generate property information that supports controllership, lease accounting, and human resource core processes.
* coordinate interactions and information flow to third-party lease administration services that support baker hughes property record keeping.
requirements
to be successful in this role, you will need:
* a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university.
* a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analytics.
* experience with cross-organizational collaboration and working with a global team within a matrix reporting relationship.
* advanced english skills (written and spoken).
