we are seeking a skilled and friendly front desk host to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.
your primary responsibility will be to greet and welcome guests in a warm and inviting manner, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations. This may involve answering questions about the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions, as well as providing information on room availability, rates, and packages.
you will also be responsible for processing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all transactions are correctly documented and up-to-date.

requirements:
