Your role & responsibilities
* elaboration of the detection of training needs in conjunction with the manager of each area.
* elaboration and follow-up of training plans.
* measurement of training effectiveness.
* update the training needs detection according to the requirements of the job description,
* specific customer requirements or what the quality system requires in case of updating.
* establish the procedure for the detection of training needs.
* follow up on training plans for operational, employee and management personnel.
* elaboration of administrative procedures for the payment of scholarships and school support to personnel.
* follow-up and administration of the category evaluation system.
* elaboration and administration of the mixed training commission.
* coordinates the work plans of internal instructors for the achievement and delivery of internal and external training courses.
your skills & strenghts
* bachelor’s degree in human resources or bussiness administration or similar.
* 1 - 3 years experience in similar position.
* english fluency.
* knowledge iso-14001 / iatf 16949 starndar and training plans
* analysis and problem solving.
* leadership.
