You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in web development is required. Advanced proficiency in java full stack development is recommended. Intermediate proficiency in engineering support, microsoft azure, kubernetes, and docker (software) is suggested. Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance. Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective support. Document processes and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application support processes.
