Lean Six Search is hiring a Country Manager to lead the charge in Mexico. This isn’t a cushy corporate gig where you hide behind PowerPoints. This is the frontline: building a business, winning clients, leading searches that change careers and companies, and putting Mexico on the global Lean Six map.
You’ll report into our Director, LATAM, but the truth is, you’ll own this market. Business development, sales, recruitment, operations... the whole thing. You’ll build a team, set the tone, and make things happen. If you’ve ever wanted to run a business within a business, this is it.
What You’ll Do
Business Development & Sales
- Hunt, win, and grow: from client acquisition to building long-term partnerships.
- Be the face of Lean Six Search at industry events, dinners, and boardrooms across Mexico.
- Earn trust with senior executives in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and operations.
- Deliver results and drive revenue, because at the end of the day, numbers talk.
Recruitment Leadership
- Lead retained and contained executive searches that actually move the needle for clients.
- Make sure every project is executed with speed, rigor, and excellence.
- Coach and develop a team of headhunters hungry to learn, grow, and close.
- Own the whole process and ensure we deliver incredible customer service to both candidates and clients.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Build and inspire a high-performance crew: consultants, researchers, operations.
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and hustle.
- Keep the engine running: compliance, reporting, delivery.
- Sync with regional and global leadership to align strategy, but keep your hands dirty in the execution.
What You Bring
- 10+ years leading in executive search, professional services, or something equally cutthroat.
- A proven record of driving sales, managing clients, and building teams.
- Entrepreneurial DNA: you don’t wait for permission, you make things happen.
- Deep knowledge of the Mexican market, ideally with multinational exposure in FMCG, industrial, retail, or manufacturing.
- Communication skills that can fill a room and close a deal.
