Hiring REMOTE Senior WordPress Developer - Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: $2000 - $3000 USD Per Month!
We help US businesses hire applicants from Latin America and the Philippines, and we have multiple open WordPress Developer positions we need to hire immediately. You would be working directly with the business.
Responsibilities:
- Take approved designs (Figma / similar) and build responsive, pixel-perfect WordPress pages
- Build and update pages in Elementor while keeping a clean structure, styling, and mobile responsiveness
- Implement basic animations and interactions that look high-end and don’t slow the site down
- Own site performance: page speed, Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, script optimization, etc.
- Manage and maintain tracking scripts (Google Tag Manager, pixels, analytics) and confirm events fire correctly
- Set up and troubleshoot lead capture forms and make sure leads reach the CRM / automations
- Communicate with the marketing/leadership team, suggest improvements, and deliver changes quickly and reliably
- Keep the site stable and production-ready (test before pushing changes, avoid plugin bloat, maintain clean handoff)
Qualifications:
- 1+ Years as a WordPress Developer or similar position
- Experience with Google Tag Manager / tracking scripts / basic analytics events
- Experience connecting forms to CRMs or Zapier (lead flow, UTMs, etc.)
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
- Willing to listen to feedback & improve
