collaborate with costing coc, cost management & it to drive operational excellence by coordinating global projects and activities, ensuring best practices are implemented and aligned across all global costing cocs.
identify opportunities for increased productivity, standardization, automation, and value creation.
what you'll do coach and develop smeg team to enhance knowledge and capabilities. Work with smeg team and coc heads to ensure a strategy is in place to maintain knowledge in all locations. Coordinate key projects to deliver new costing functionalities, tools, and solutions. Identify and deliver projects across stream e2e to drive improvements and efficiencies. Act as spoc for cost management and escalation point for coc. Assist the head of ccc in providing costing support to the business and decision support roles. Develop team members within his model and address issues or questions raised by the market across the region. Formal finance/accounting qualification of appropriate level (degree or similar). Prior experience in f&c. Experience in multicultural/varied nationality environments. Experience within a network organization (internal and external providers).
