Job Description
- Shift role availability (must)
- Ensure and provide the necessary technical support to Hardware, Software and end users of the SLP tire plant, based on the policies established by corporate and local IT.
- Give continuity to manufacturing systems and participate in the projects required.
- Professional degree in Information Technology or related degree
- Knowledge in Windows, Unix, Linux Operating system.
- Installing and configuration of computers, monitors, and equipment such as printers, scanners and related hardware.
- Configuration of user accounts, user profiles, and system policies. ( Strong knowledge in Active directory)
- Maintenance of software and equipment.
- Hardware Knowledge (IPC / Scanners / Laptops / Desktops).
- Data networks knowledge (Vlan / Cisco / Fortinet).
- Effective communication.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate English
- Microsoft Office: Advanced.
Qualifications
- Systems engineer, IT Eng or related
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
