Position Summary
The IATF Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with International Automotive Task Force standards, specifically IATF 16949.
This role ensures continuous compliance, supports internal and external audits, and promotes continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949 requirements.
* Coordinate internal audits and support external certification and customer audits.
* Ensure proper documentation control and record management.
* Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure effective closure.
* Train employees on QMS requirements and quality standards.
* Lead Management Review meetings and follow up on action plans.
* Track and report quality KPIs (PPM, internal scrap, audit findings, customer complaints).
* Support implementation of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan).
* Ensure alignment of processes with customer-specific requirements (CSR).
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and risk-based thinking.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* 3–5+ years of experience in Quality Systems within automotive manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and audit processes.
* Certified Internal Auditor.
* Experience with Core Tools and automotive customer standards.
* Advanced English.
