this role involves leading the commercial strategy for a region, focusing on two key areas: driving new client acquisition and strengthening relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term growth and satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence, representing our brand, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.

key responsibilities:

1. market analysis: continuously analyze the market to identify new business opportunities.
2. strategic planning: define and implement strategic plans to approach and convert targeted hotel clients.
3. negotiation: negotiate and close commercial agreements with hotels and hotel chains.
4. partnerships: develop strategic partnerships to expand our footprint in the region.
5. representation: represent us at industry events, acting as a brand ambassador.
6. client relationships: conduct regular client visits and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention.
7. 8. performance reporting: report regularly on performance, market trends, and strategic progress to regional leadership.
9. team support: coordinate and support the team in commercial presentations, negotiations, and portfolio optimization.

requirements:

* interpersonal skills: strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
* negotiation and organization: excellent negotiation and organizational abilities are necessary.
* leadership experience: collaborative leadership and team coordination experience is essential.

qualifications:

* commercial experience: minimum 3 years in commercial roles within the hospitality sector.
* hotel distribution knowledge: solid understanding of hotel distribution, digital marketing, and direct online sales.
* software proficiency: proficiency in microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint.
* industry familiarity: familiarity with our competitive landscape is a plus.
* educational background: degree in tourism or a related field is an advantage.
* language skills: fluent in english (written and spoken).
* travel requirements: willingness to travel as required.
