Schedule:
Mon–Fri: 7 AM–4 PM | 9 AM–6 PM
Sat: 8 AM–12 PM (Alternating with the other supervisor, one Saturday and one Saturday)
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of Customer Service Agents
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure KPIs are met
- Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them efficiently
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Coordinate training sessions and continuous development initiatives
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a call center
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to analyze data and create action plans
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive, results-driven attitude
