*team lead - customer service (energy campaign)*
- join our growing team as a team lead and help guide our customer service agents to deliver reliable, affordable energy with top-notch support. You’ll be the bridge between operations and the team, ensuring performance, motivation, and results are always on point._
*we offer*:

*schedule*:
mon-fri: 9 am-6 pm
sat: 8 am-12 pm (alternating with the other supervisor, one saturday and one saturday)
*what you’ll do*:
- supervise, coach, and motivate a team of customer service agents
- monitor performance metrics and ensure kpis are met
- provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations
- handle escalated customer issues and resolve them efficiently
- ensure team compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- coordinate training sessions and continuous development initiatives
*requirements*:
- previous experience as a team lead or supervisor in a call center
- strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- ability to analyze data and create action plans
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- positive, results-driven attitude
