Requirement to speak english and spanish this is a remote position open to candidates in mexico city must live within 30-45 minutes of a major international airport and be willing to commit to extensive travel (60%) to manage a dedicated territory as a channel sales manager at a-safe, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue by managing and growing the partner network across the region. The is a senior, field-based position responsible for the execution and implementation of a comprehensive partner program and channel sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have excellent account management skills, a proven channel sales track record, and a deep understanding of the industrial safety sector. In this role, you will: build a-safe credibility, brand value and trust with partners. Identify new areas for growth; propose and manage programs and initiatives accordingly. Create, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for growing revenue through partners. Take overall responsibility to recruit, develop and manage new and existing channel partners. Qualify new partnership opportunities and facilitate partner onboarding and enablement requirements. The ideal candidate will have: 3 years of experience as an account manager experience in managing large scale relationships ability to plan, execute and monitor comprehensive business plans proven ability to enable, grow & manage multiple channel partners while paying strict attention to details experience in industrial manufacturing & dcs excellent communication and negotiation skills compensation: exact compensation is dependent on circumstance of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in our company commission program, determined by the nature of the position. Why a-safe?
