our organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of payroll operations manager.
* manage a team to ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of payroll services for three entities.
* determine and control other benefits, including food coupons, car allowances, and grocery vouchers.
* calculate and initiate monthly payroll state tax payments for every entity.
* appropriately withhold federal income taxes, social security contributions, retirement funds (sar), and government housing programs (infonavit).
* responsible for sox controls within the payroll department and actively participate in internal and external audits.
* respond to inquiries relating to payroll and manage interactions with stakeholders and partners.
key qualifications:
* previous experience working with tress platform required.
* excellent verbal communication skills in english.
* workday experience is an advantage.
