- experienced in the metalworking manufacturing industry in a customer facing role.
- the ideal rsm possesses a network of relationships from selling, servicing, implementing, or integrating capital equipment or peripheral equipment in the metalworking manufacturing industry.
- understands the commercial dynamics and distribution layers in industrial manufacturing and metalworking.
*responsabilities*:
- opening relationships with new accounts
- navigating multi-stage sales cycles to closed/won order
- enabling, educating, equipping, and empowering sales channels
- researching, segmenting, targeting, and engaging new prospects
- conducting highly effective sales calls that advance the opportunity
- strategically planning and delivering growth with key accounts
- reporting accurate and insightful sales and service data through our crm/voc “customer success” programs.
- balancing the correct level of personal involvement and knowing who to pull in and when to pull them in to win a deal or have a great “customer success” meeting
- collaboration with rsd group and bdl’s
