We are in search of an *administrative office specialist* to provide support for our epam contractors and subcontractors by managing contract administration and documentation.
Responsibilities
- support the formation and management of contracts and arrangements with epam contractors/subcontractors across various nations
- facilitate consistent communication with contractors/subcontractors to resolve issues related to agreements
- oversee the gathering of required supporting documents
- manage the conclusion of service agreements and the finalization of partnerships
- serve as the main point of contact for all administrative questions pertaining to contractors, ensuring ongoing engagement with contractors/subcontractors and epam departments
- aid in enhancing contractors-related procedures
- help maintain and improve a repository of contract templates
- administer workflows within epam's internal platforms
- engage in the formulation of policies and regional directives
*requirements*:
- minimum of 2 years in similar administrative capacities
- proficiency in both writing and speaking english
- knowledge of document management with sharp focus on details and consistent precision
- demonstrable communication abilities and completion of higher education
- expertise in excellent time allocation
- flexibility to handle large data volumes, ability to multi-task, and a solution-driven approach
- qualifications in establishing objectives, achieving them, coping with stress, and high self-discipline
- familiarity with efficient self-management, prioritizing tasks, and organizational capabilities enabling handling of heavy workloads
