seeking a seasoned account specialist to manage customer relationships and drive growth within our organization.
key responsibilities:
* optimize existing customer portfolio through renewals and upsell opportunities.
* develop long-term relationships by understanding customer needs with a consultative approach.
* engage clients effectively using virtual channels.
* closure of new sales opportunities within established cycles.
* utilize crm (salesforce) for tracking progress, generating insights, and managing opportunities.
requirements:
* proven experience in saas sales (minimum 1 year).
* experience in renewals, upsell, subscriptions, or managing recurring accounts.
* ability to handle high volumes of accounts (200+).
* proficiency in crm tools (preferably salesforce).
* excellent communication skills in spanish and english (oral and written).
