You will provide essential program coordination, operational enablement, and leadership support across the technology department, working closely with the corporate platforms lead and leadership team. Corporate platforms is responsible for s&p global's strategic evolution of commercial, people, and finance technology platforms, capabilities, frameworks, and operational processes. This role plays a central connective function across leadership, programs, communications, and operational execution. Responsibilities and impact leadership & program enablement provide high-level engagement management and coordination across the commercial technology department within corporate platforms. Actively support ongoing communication and change management activities, including leadership check-ins, progress tracking, follow-ups, and reinforcement of agreed outcomes. Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, including hands-on administrative and operational support to leadership team members to ensure smooth execution of priorities. Lead strategic program management initiatives by establishing and maintaining operational systems that drive transparency, accountability, and successful outcomes. Manage vendor engagement and procurement processes, including contract coordination, documentation, and timeline tracking. Provide hiring and onboarding administrative support, including coordination with hr, tracking approvals, and ensuring a smooth candidate and new-joiner experience. Ensure resource visibility and department-level portfolio data to support roadmaps, scorecards, and strategic planning. Analyze and consolidate data across multiple platforms to produce executive-ready reporting, insights, and forecasts using tools such as excel, power bi, and ai-enabled solutions. Maintain strong operational rhythms, including leadership team meetings, action tracking, and follow-through on commitments. Communications, collaboration & knowledge management own and execute departmental communications, including internal newsletters, leadership updates, engagement activities, and central calendar coordination. Play a key role in leadership team meetings as an active participant, supporting preparation, documentation, and outcomes. Lead or support the revamp and ongoing management of sharepoint sites, bringing together documentation, playbooks, and reference materials into a clear, accessible structure. Partner closely with stakeholders across technology and corporate platforms to ensure alignment, clarity, and effective information flow. Play a significant role in planning and executing high-visibility internal events, training sessions, and innovation initiatives (e.g., hackathons), demonstrating strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills. Develop and maintain a strong working understanding of enterprise platforms and tooling, with salesforce knowledge considered a strong plus (but not essential). Leverage ai and automation tools to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of communications, reporting, and operational processes. Basic required qualifications bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field, with 4+ years of progressive experience in project coordination, program support, or business operations. Proven experience supporting senior leaders and cross-functional teams within a corporate or technology-driven environment. Strong proficiency in data organization, reporting, and analysis tools such as excel, power bi, or similar platforms. Demonstrated understanding of project and change management methodologies (agile, waterfall, or hybrid), including task tracking and follow-up. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable updates. Strong understanding of how to apply ai tools to drive efficiency, accuracy, and improved outcomes. Ability to work from the local office 9 days per month, with occasional travel for business events and stakeholder engagement.
