responsibilities
* managing daily operational activities, ensuring quality and efficiency standards;
* identifying and implementing improvements in operational processes to optimize efficiency and productivity;
* monitoring and reporting operational performance, identifying and addressing any issues or deficiencies.
* collaborating closely both within the team and with other departments to ensure efficient coordination and communication;
* providing solutions and recommendations for enhancing performance and operational processes.
qualifications
* at least 2 years of experience on a similar role;
* previous experience in retail is a plus;
* energy, drive and results oriented;
* excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
* effective communication and collaboration skills, both within the team and with other departments;
