We are seeking a relationship-driven customer success manager to support client retention and long-term partnership growth. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring account health, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction across a large portfolio of accounts.

the customer success manager will serve as a strategic relationship partner to clients, conducting regular check-ins with stakeholders, identifying potential concerns early, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent service quality. This role is ideal for professionals with experience managing client relationships within service-based industries such as consulting, staffing, healthcare services, hospitality, bpo, property management, or similar environments.

this position does not manage operational execution directly but plays a key role in strengthening client relationships, surfacing potential issues, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

key responsibilities
* monitor relationship health across approximately 150 accounts
* conduct structured interviews with stakeholders ranging from director-level leaders to c-suite executives
* maintain regular communication with operations to gather account insights, identify emerging concerns, and recognize potential opportunities for growth
* review dashboards and key indicators including budget trends, staffing gaps, survey results, resident experience data, and contract timelines
* analyze data from multiple systems to maintain a clear view of account health
* identify root causes of concerns and coordinate follow-up action plans
* surface expansion or business development opportunities based on account insights
* develop executive-ready summaries and presentations
* maintain disciplined follow-up and professional client communication
* bachelor's degree required (business, finance, communications, or related field preferred)
* advanced english proficiency required (written and verbal)
* 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, business development, sales, or client relations roles
* experience managing a high-volume client portfolio (approximately 150 accounts)
* experience identifying growth opportunities, upsell potential, or expansion signals within existing accounts
* polished and confident communicator comfortable engaging senior leadership
* strong interviewing skills with the ability to ask targeted, insightful questions and uncover root causes
* analytical, highly organized, and detail-oriented
* financial literacy and comfort discussing budget trends and performance indicators
* strong problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills
* patient, resourceful, and emotionally intelligent with a strong understanding of human relationships
* strong presentation development skills (powerpoint required)

technical skills

* experience working with dashboards and data from multiple sources
* proficiency in excel
* familiarity with salesforce
* experience with power bi dashboards is a strong plus
