Job title: technical expert
we are seeking a skilled technical expert to join our team. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-level technical advice and troubleshooting for internal and external customers.
this role requires a strong understanding of clinical or reference microbiology laboratory procedures, hospital or reference cytology laboratory protocols, industrial microbiology laboratory techniques, or biotech/academic molecular laboratory methods.
1. deliver prompt responses to customer inquiries via telephone and written communication.
2. generate proper complaint documentation in compliance with fda and iso requirements.
3. coordinate with quality control, quality assurance, research & development, marketing, sales, engineering, and field personnel for timely follow-up and resolution of technical inquiries and product issues.
4. promote a culture of privacy and security related to phi and hippa.
the successful candidate will have a b.s. Degree in life science and at least 2 years of relevant experience in a laboratory setting.
