requirements - availability to work on‑site in querétaro
- minimum 80% spoken english
- availability to work rotating shifts
- minimum education: high school diploma (proof required)
main responsibilities - provide level 1 technical support (no prior experience required; training will be provided)
- assist international customers
- documentation and reporting
- ticket handling
- customer support via phone, chat, and email
