Your tasks
- responsible for spare pare managements, max & min calculation.
- responsible for managing the technicians in charge coordinating workload, escalation paths, development people according to technical skills and knowledges required.
- evaluation and search for the best spare parts, to guarantee the functionality, quality levels and productivity of the equipment in charge.
- suppliers’ development and evaluation.
- optimize production technologies in terms of quality, time and cost.
- participation in local and global technical communities that set the standards for continental.
Execute work-related tasks and activities requested / assigned by the leader in charge.
- support on introduction production technologies according to cap0603076 and other specific procedures of continental automotive.
- lead and promote continuous improvement efforts for factory operation. Provide feedback to industrialization team regarding lessons learned and best practices for process system architecture.
- contribute to the accomplishment of operational kpis (oee, scrap, 0km)
- contribute 100% to the strategies established for the plant (for example, 5s, cim, strategic projects, etc.) and that are applied to the position
*profile*:
- bachelor’s degree in electronic, electrical or mechanical engineering
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the automotive or electronic industry in maintenance field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in shop floor technical support.
