Service desk specialist
job summary:
as a service desk specialist, your daily tasks will include resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, identifying customer needs, and providing effective solutions.
key responsibilities:
* manage inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service.
* identify customer needs through consultative approaches.
* provide effective solutions and/or alternatives to meet customer expectations.
* maintain accurate records of all interactions in the call center database.
* participate in regular training sessions on new procedures, technologies, and products.
* meet personal and team performance targets (both qualitative and quantitative).
requirements:
* flexibility to cover rotating shifts as needed to meet staffing needs.
* strong customer service and ticket resolution skills.
* previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
