L1 Level – Support Engineer (Monitoring Data Loads & Health Checks)
Primary Responsibilities: Basic monitoring, SOP-driven support, ticket triaging.
Required Skills:
• SQL fundamentals
• Scripting languages (Python, Shell)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Basic understanding of Snowflake and Databricks environments
Certifications & Training:
• Internal training on ITIL processes and platform-specific SOPs
• Equivalent to Snowflake Hands-On Essentials Badge (via Snowflake University)
• Equivalent to Databricks Fundamentals Learning Plan (Partner Academy)
• Internal onboarding includes HackerRank like assessments and FIS Academy training
