Job Summary
Assure category development /growth with excellence across the 5P´s, and regular business updates to the Group Brand Manager.
Responsible for building strategic brand growth plans for 1-2 years by identifying the biggest opportunities, and developing a plan to achieve/surpass short & mid-term objectives
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Fully execute brand growth plans
- P&L; management and budget planning & control
- Support Commercial Planning
- Full up / execute promotions, new products launch grid, shopper events & equity campaigns
- Develop talent
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
- Bachelor degree Business Administration, Industrial Engineers, Marketing
- Experience as Brand Manager or similar positions 2 years
- 7-8 years of experience in marketing or similar experience in a commercial area.
- Innovation experience
- Brand Equity experience
- English - Advanced
- Google tools advanced management
- Nielsen & Kantar experience
- SAP desirable
