since 2015, we’ve helped families across texas—austin, houston, dallas, and san antonio—unlock the value of inherited properties with complicated title issues. Our niche: buying fractional interests (10%, 20%, etc.) from heirs in properties with legal or ownership challenges, and working with attorneys to clear title and eventually acquire 100%.
This work is complex, legal-heavy, and extremely rewarding—for both our team and the families we serve. Now, we’re growing fast and looking for top talent to help us scale.
*your responsibilities*
- make outbound calls to warm and cold leads (using our dialer and scripts)
- engage sellers, ask the right questions, and uncover motivation
- analyze deals using our tools and buying criteria
- set appointments and follow up consistently via call, text, and crm
- build rapport with sellers and handle objections with confidence
- collaborate with our acquisitions team to close deals
*what we’re looking for*
- proven *phone sales* or *customer service experience*:
- excellent english speaking skills (spanish bilingual is a plus!)
- comfortable on the phone — confident, friendly, and clear
- highly organized with strong follow-up and crm habits
- fast learner, coachable, and driven to improve
- goal-oriented and focused — you love hitting numbers
- interest in u.s. real estate or investments a *big bonus*
