how you’ll make an impact
install, commission, and test power transformers, switchgear, and grid automation equipment.
perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites across mexico.
execute equipment upgrades following engineering specifications.
train customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
write detailed service reports with findings and recommendations.
collaborate with engineering, sales, and project management teams.
manage spare parts inventory and field service tools.
respond to emergency service requests as needed.
responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
your background
bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechatronics engineering.
3–5 years of experience in field service engineering.
knowledge of high‑voltage equipment and power systems.
experience with testing tools such as multimeters and relay test sets.
ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
fluent in spanish and english, written and verbal.
willingness to travel extensively throughout mexico.
valid driver’s license with a clean record.
