- provides leadership to the hr function at a manufacturing or commercial site, ensuring alignment of business strategy with human capital systems and process as well as bocar values and principles.- actividades:
- part of the management team of the plant, ultimate responsible for ensuring the business strategy aligns with human capital systems, procedures and solutions.
- partners with plant leadership team in driving cultural aspects to ensure all team members behave in accordance with dol, safety standards and bocar values and principles
- responsible to implement talent management tools and procedures within the site.
- provide guidance and coaching to management teams in talent management decision base on assessments and business needs.
- translates business conditions to the appropriate and timely hr plans and actions
- using his business knowledge, anticipates potential problems within the human capital, and brokers with coe´s the development of appropriate and sustainable solutions. Serves as “one stop shop” for all the hr needs of his/her client group. Brokers and ensures execution base on his client´s needs
- implements new hr related services & processes into assigned organization
- ensures positive employee and union/ labor relations to assure productivity and business continuity. Ensures legal compliance for area of responsibility
