what you’ll do
we are seeking event strategy & management specialists to support the planning and execution of virtual and hybrid events. This role focuses on event setup, technical management, live event support, and post‑event reporting across multiple digital platforms.
key responsibilities
* support planning and execution of virtual and hybrid events from setup through live delivery
* configure and manage events using platforms such as zoom, on24, and microsoft teams
* coordinate speaker preparation, rehearsals, and presentation logistics
* manage live event operations including screen sharing, q&a, polling, and troubleshooting
* compile post‑event reporting and analytics, including attendee metrics and engagement insights
* ensure events follow established processes, timelines, and quality standards
* communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure event requirements are met.

* experience supporting virtual events, webinars, or digital meetings (preferred)
* familiarity with platforms such as zoom, on24, microsoft teams, or similar technologies (preferred)
* strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* ability to follow instruction while working independently in a fast‑paced environment
* comfortable managing technical aspects of live events and resolving issues in real time
* strong communication and coordination skills
* willingness to learn new platforms, tools, and event processes
* preferred:
o experience supporting corporate or global events
o familiarity with webinar engagement tools (polls, chat, q&a) & event analytics

* someone who can stay calm and think on their feet, especially during live, fast‑paced events
* generally proactive and detail‑oriented, able to anticipate needs and take some ownership
* shows accountability and follows through on tasks
