this role requires extensive experience with mdm tools such as microsoft intune and jamf, as well as strong client-facing and consulting skills. The ideal candidate will develop and implement mdm policies, provide technical support, and collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
main responsibilities
* manage and configure mdm solutions, including microsoft intune and jamf, to support windows, macos, android, and ios devices.
* develop and implement mdm policies and procedures to ensure the security and compliance of all managed devices.
* provide technical support and troubleshooting for mdm-related issues.
* manages work orders, problems, or tasks within a structured ticket management system.
* collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored mdm solutions.
* conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on mdm best practices.
* stay up to date with the latest developments in mdm technologies and industry trends.
* assist in the development of documentation and training materials.
* plans, designs, implements, and maintains endpoint solutions for various platforms and devices. Maintains and updates operations manual and contractual reports.
* acts as the initial 3rd level escalation point to provide technical support of hardware, systems, email flow, teams conferences, and telephony across different platforms, sub-systems and/or applications.
qualifications
must have skills
* bilingual. Excellent communication skills in both spanish and english.
* bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
* proven experience with mdm tools such as microsoft intune and jamf.
* strong understanding of windows, macos, android, and ios operating systems.
* excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* strong client-facing and consulting skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* ability to work independently and as part of a team.
