We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist based in Tijuana to join our offshore team. This role is suited to professionals with a strong technical foundation in paid media and the ability to manage client portfolios independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Own strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
- Deliver performance outcomes against defined KPIs and budgets.
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets and testing frameworks.
- Manage client communications, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign frameworks and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of agency experience in paid media and an expert on the tools.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling accounts with measurable ROI.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, GA4, and GTM.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Professionalism, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative remote team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
