Legal Translator & Hospitality Enthusiast
Role Purpose
Serve as the Operations Manager’s right hand, owning the day-to-day execution across Events (corporate & social), Food & Beverage (F&B;), Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Gardens, focused on standards, responsiveness, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Events (Corporate & Social, including Weddings)
- Food & Beverage, including restaurant, bar, events, inventories, FIFO, hygiene standards.
- Front Desk (Reception)
- Maintenance & Gardens
- Safety, Compliance & Reporting
Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish–English (upper-intermediate to advanced).
- Own car and valid driver’s license; full on-site availability.
- 2–4+ years in hospitality (boutique hotel or venue) in a multi-area operational role.
- Demonstrable experience in events
- Practical coordination knowledge across F&B;, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance/Gardens.
- Proficiency with PMS, POS, and Excel/Google Sheets/Drive.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift 15–20 kg.
- All documentation in order for employment.
